PROJECT OVERVIEW
The construction of residential facilities of the Law College for National Law University, Dwarka, was completed in the year 2010-11. The project is being monitored by the Delhi High Court and includes the following buildings:
- Eight-storied boys hostel.(Basement + Ground + Six Floor)
- Eight-storied girls hostel. (Basement + Ground + Six Floor)
- Chairman’s & Director’s bungalows. (Ground + First Floor)
- Four Storied Judicial guest house. (Ground + Three Floor)
- Ten-storied Staff housing.(Stilt + 9 Floor)
- Four storied judicial hostel.(Basement + Ground + Three Floor)
- Three storied essential & maintenance blocks. (Stilt + three Floor)
Besides civil works, our scope in the above mentioned building also include water supply, drainage, roads & pavements, internal electrification. The work was awarded to us in two packages worth Rs. 46 crore and also included the development works including boundary wall of the campus.
